Keep your feet roughly five inches above the ground. Then slowly bring your knees up toward your chest, lifting your butt off the ground slightly. Focus on working your stomach muscles. Perform do this exercise in sets of 3-4. With 15-30 reps per set, resting 2-3 minutes between each rep.
