Never skip your breakfasts.  If you starve, your body produces certain hormones to slow down your fat consuming process.  If you skip breakfast, rest assured that you will make up the calories and then some, because you’ll be very hungry later in the day.  Carbohydrates are great energy foods, you body can easily break these foods down and convert them to energy.
