Take your dog for two walks every day. If you don&#8217;t live too far away from your office try walking there, or at least a portion of the way. Evidently, if you live quite far from, your work, it&#8217;s not such a good idea to walk all the way there every day (but feel free to try if you think you can do it!) If you&#8217;re lucky enough to have merely a thirty-minute or so walk to where you work, that&#8217;ll be an extra hour of walking each day. If you ride to work, you can try to walk to the next bus stop so that you do some more walking in the day. Adding more walking into your daily routine is a breeze.</p>

<p>Walking is great for your body and general health. Because walking an aerobic exercise, you&#8217;ll burn off calories, which means you&#8217;ll lose weight and it&#8217;s also good for your heart. There is no need for you to be concerned about overworking your joints or muscles like when running, because you can walk as slowly as you need to. I have a brother who&#8217;s one of those individuals who eats a ton of junk and fast food but never gains weight. How does he do it? He says he&#8217;s never really thought about it, but possibly it&#8217;s because he walks quite a bit daily. When he mentioned that, things abruptly made sense. There is no good reason not to exercise, when walking is so uncomplicated.</p>
<p>Try and get into a routine of walking daily because you&#8217;ll have a better chance of sticking to it, and with the proper diet, you&#8217;ll be able to melt off the flab with no problem. As you start to get accustomed to walking, you&#8217;ll note that you&#8217;re definitely feeling better and, because it&#8217;s not that hard on you, your motivation will be enhanced as well. Before you know it, you&#8217;ll be looking forward to your frequent walks and thinking about going on walks even more. This is terrific; whenever you&#8217;re ready. Who knows? Perhaps you&#8217;ll get used to walking a lot that you decide to give jogging a try. After that, the sky&#8217;s the limit.</p>
<p>You really don&#8217;t have a good reason to not walk a short distance every day. You can always find time to walk around your workplace, or the block. If that&#8217;s not possible, join a public gym and get on a treadmill. There are numerous ways to skin this exercise cat.</p>
