Celery contains impressive amounts of vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potassium,

In fact, some juices will add in other vitamins, minerals or herbs to their mix for extra detoxing magic! How there is little evidence to back up its the miracle weight loss ingredient some youtubers are claiming.
Its much better to stick to eating celery as stalks with other fruits of vegetables rather than take juices, pills and powers to try and enhance the benefits

so juicing along with whole foods approach that incorporates plenty of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains and lean sources of protein is the way forward
Drinking a glass of celery juice first thing in teh morning with as much fibre incorprated in the drink as well is definatelty better then drinking a strong coffee or a soda beverage.
