your abs and glue tight make sure to squeeze your abdominal muscles it is great for working muscles of your entire core take a few quick steps to the right and then jump it's very nice for lower body
toning and fat burning movement Breathe out as you crunch. keep the movement smooth and steady. keep your neck relaxed and your back straight Keep the knees slightly bent and engage
your core muscles while jumping up Tighten your core muscles open your
elbows and keep your spine straight inhale carefully take a step
back with your left foot at the same time lift up your left
foot bringing your knee to your chest this exercise will activate
your core, glutes, and hamstrings hinge at the hips to push your butt back and lower down keeping your chest upright
with your head facing forward slowly rotate your entire upper body to
the left and right keeping your hips stable let's take a rest for 15 seconds this is the last exercise~!! breathe out as you
